Match Runes, Command the Battle
Every swap matters. Skulls strike your foe, hearts heal you, shields grant armor, and colored runes bank mana for your spells. Line up four runes to blast a row and column, or five to wipe an entire colour and earn an extra turn.

Become a Demigod
Begin each run as the child of a god, one of six demigod classes with a distinct playstyle. Choose from eighteen boons and collect more than thirty relics to craft a build that changes how you play.

Conquer the Dungeons
Nine themed dungeons stand between you and Olympus, each ending in a boss who telegraphs a devastating special attack. Heal at Shrines, gamble with the Oracle, or spend gold at the Merchant between battles.

Risk It All, Every Run Counts
Permadeath means one life per run, but your feats and Favor persist forever. Unlock new classes and relics at the Temple, climb the global leaderboard, or take on the daily seeded challenge.

Why Early Access
Gods of the Grid is already a fully playable roguelike, and I want to grow it with players. Early Access lets the community shape new dungeons, classes, relics and balance before the 1.0 launch.

Around 6 months, depending on the scope of community-requested content and balance work.

The 1.0 vision
The full version aims to add more dungeons and bosses, additional classes and relics, deeper build synergies, an endless or ascension-style mode for replay, and Steam achievements and Cloud saves.

Community-driven
Through the Steam forums and update posts: gathering feedback on balance and new content, sharing the roadmap, and prioritising the most-requested features.
